How do I maintain my Origo Lounge Chair?
Frame:
Clean the surfaces with a clean, damp cloth. To remove more stubborn stains, use a mixture of water and mild detergent. Test the effect on an inconspicuous area of the chair. Make sure to remove soap residue immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
Textile:
Vacuum the furniture regularly with a suitable furniture nozzle.
Remove non-greasy stains by gently dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge, wrung out with warm water. If necessary, a mild soap solution can be used.
Finally, blot with clean water. Grease stains can be removed by using a special furniture cleaner. We recommend testing the cleaner on a hidden area first. Make sure the fabric is completely dry before use.
How long is the delivery time for the products?
There is approximately 4 weeks delivery time for the Origo Lounge Chair, as this is a made-to-order item that is made specifically for each order. The rest of our range has a 2-4 day delivery time.
How do product returns and refunds work?

What light sources are used in the lamps?
G9 LED up to 5W – we recommend 2700K 4W in all our lamps to get the best light.
How are the vases made?
The vases are molded and then hand-glazed in several rounds in reactive glaze, which makes each vase unique.
How do I care for my lamps?
Clean the surfaces with a clean, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a solution of water and mild soap. Remember to wipe off any soap residue with a clean, dry cloth immediately.
How do I care for my vases to maintain their appearance?
Clean surfaces with a clean, dry cloth. The special glaze our ceramic products are made of cannot withstand prolonged exposure to water on the outside.
How do I return a damaged product?
